Vegetarian Recipes
  • 3 cans drained pre-cooked garbanzo beans
  • 1 can whole corn niblets
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 tblsp toasted onion salt
  • 1 tblsp garlic-parsley powder
  • 1 tblsp Herbamare herb seasoning salt
  • A *pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Vegenaise dressing
  • ¾ can of La Choy chow mein noodles

In large serving dish add the first eight (8) ingredients in the order given and gently fold together so that all the ingredients are mixed in with the garbanzo beans evenly. [*use no more than 1/8th tsp of cayenne pepper as it is a very hot spice] Add Vegenaise to taste. Add La Choy noodles just before serving to preserve the crunchiness of the noodles. Serve cold. Serves 8.
