Baptism in Water

The ordinance of baptism by immersion is commanded by the Scriptures. All who repent and believe on Christ as Saviour and Lord are to be baptised. Thus they declare to the world that they have died with Christ and that they also have been raised with Him to walk in newness of life.

Matthew 28:19 [KJVKJV/NIVNIV]
Mark 16:16 [KJVKJV/NIVNIV]
Acts 10:47,48 [KJVKJV/NIVNIV]
Romans 6:4 [KJVKJV/NIVNIV]

Holy Communion

The Lord's Supper, consisting of the elements --bread and the fruit of the vine-- is the symbol expressing our sharing the divine nature of our Lord Jesus Christ (2 Peter 1:4 [KJVKJV/NIVNIV]), a memorial of his suffering and death (1 Corinthians 11:26 [KJVKJV/NIVNIV]), and a prophecy of His second coming (1 Corinthians 11:26 [KJVKJV/NIVNIV]), and is enjoined on all believers "till He come!"

Daily Bible Verse

But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.
John 1:12.

Daily Thought

Nothing that in any way concerns our peace is too small for Him to notice. There is no chapter in our experience too dark for Him to read; there is no perplexity too difficult for Him to unravel .... No sincere prayer... [can] escape the lips, of which our heavenly Father is unobservant, or in which He takes no immediate interest.
